Unilever To Buy REN Skincare

Specialty range created by Antony Buck and Robert Calcraft.

Unilever has signed an agreement to acquire REN Skincare, the  British skincare brand created in 2000 by Antony Buck and Robert Calcraft.  Terms of the accord were not announced. The multi-award winning brand, which is sold mainly in specialty stores and pharmacies, is sold in 50 countries and has built a committed consumer base.   “We are delighted to be adding REN to the Unilever portfolio of personal care brands,” said Vasiliki Petrou, Unilever SVP Prestige Brands. “It is a brand with an i...
